Support Services
The Support Services branch includes Administration, HR and Training coordination for India operations. Technical support services are provided by the Commercial and Quality Assurance branches.

Commercial
The MTO Engineers of the Commercial Department are responsible for Estimating Take-Off’s for the UK parent, and are also heavily involved in coordinating material purchases for the UAE fabrication plant. This work forwarded to the Quantity Surveyors is carried out on behalf of both UK and UAE.

Quality Assurance
WHIL is ISO 9001:2008 accredited for all its activities relating to structural steel engineering.

Our Quality Assurance System measures performance against targets set for improvement. Our vision is to exceed Client’s expectations – every time.

This work is being done both in-house and on behalf of UK and UAE.

Human Resources
At WHIL, development of people is given the utmost importance. They are the real-drivers of the growth of WHL Group across several continents and the principal reason for the pre – eminent position we enjoy globally today in steel structural engineering.

Our team comprises of more than 250 employees, primarily organized into four technical areas – Detailing, Design, Commercial & Software/IT development. Each of these areas along with support functions such as HR and QA, have employees who are highly experienced, motivated and technically competent.

Exchange visits are organized within the WHL group to share technical knowledge and experiences. Allied to regular training sessions and technical review meetings, these initiatives contribute greatly to personal growth.
